Confabulation, Montreal's premier storytelling series, is thrilled to be turning FOUR YEARS OLD.

To celebrating, we're winding back the clock to our very first theme -- Firsts. Expect true stories, told by the people that lived them about first: kisses, crushes, punches, cigarettes, high fives, halloweens, dances, votes, days of school, friends, enemies, casual acquaintances, jobs, firings, firings out of a cannon, encounters with the Western Canon, marriages, divorces, babies, camping trips, explosions, performances, brushes with the law, stories told at Confabulation... Anything and everything.

Six new stories of the places we started from. Featuring stories from:

Jess Salomon
Gerard Haris
Al Lafrance
and more!

A grandmother should spoil you from time to time, no? Well, not Kenny Streule's grandmother. Immerse yourself in a collection of memories that explain how Kenny was raised by a wild beaver. Using comedy, puppetry and movement, Kenny examines his relationship with his Swiss German grandmother.

"Sex, drugs, rock ‘n’ roll… and a baby? A Little Bit Pregnant is a dramatic comedy with a feminist twist. With punchy dialogue, dynamic actors, and characters that feel like they could be your next-door neighbours, A Little Bit Pregnant gives audiences an intimate look at the highs and lows of four young people trying to adult."
