Nominated for three Frankie awards at the 2012 Montreal Fringe festival, including MainLine Theatre’s Next Stage award which it won, Vicious Circles is a meta-euphoric and surrealist-psychedelic tale about icon of punk and bassist of the Sex Pistols, Sid Vicious, and the tug of war for his life between his band mate, Johnny Rotten, his manager, Malcolm McClaren, and his girlfriend, 'Nauseating' Nancy Spungen, at New York's Chelsea Hotel.

Théâtre Sans Fond/Stadium Tour produces theatrical performances inspired by rock music. Their first performance of this genre, Zeppelin c’t’un cover band, was produced in French in November 2006 at MainLine Theatre, and remounted for the 2007 Montreal Fringe Festival. The English version, Zeppelin Was a Cover Band, became one of the hit shows of the Montreal Fringe in 2008, and was also performed at Centaur Theatre’s Wildside festival in 2009. The company’s bilingual show Autobiomusicograph(y)ie was nominated for the Cirque du Soleil award for “Best original production” at the Montreal Fringe in 2010. Théâtre Sans Fond’s next performance, All I Want is U2, was co-produced by MainLine Theatre in 2011. Their latest production, Vicious Circles, was nominated for the Chapters award for “Best English text” and Théâtre Denise-Pelletier’s Fred-Barry award for “Best production design”, and won MainLine Theatre’s Next Stage award for “Most promising new play”, all at the 2012 Montreal Fringe.
